Okay, spoken with the editor, and he’ll be taking a look at Spiritbinders sometime in the next two weeks (finally). So ideally, we should see its long overdue appearance by June. Clanless, meanwhile, is currently in its third (soon to be final) draft, so that’ll be the next one to be sent for editing.

In other news, I’ve started work on Tales From Karatera 2 and 5! Working titles are currently A Matter of Faith and She-Devil, respectively.

A Matter of Faith is set in a small village in the western deserts, as a templar of the First Eye returns home to set the village on the path of “true faith”, but forgets what made the town special to begin with. This one I want to finish first, just so we can have the first half of the omnibus done and dusted. I don’t want to commit to any specific dates just yet, but it’ll be posted after Clanless.

She-Devil, meanwhile, will be set from the perspective of a slave. Born into servitude as an accursed azaelite, our character will have to learn how to survive the cruelties of her new master, and heal the scars of her past with the help of a new friend. This one, I will probably have to spend a bit more time on, just because of the sensitivity of the subject matter, but this will probably come out after A Matter of Faith.

So, there we have it. Two stories that are basically done and two more that are on the way. Things are moving faster, people! Let’s see if I can keep up the momentum!
