ALRIGHT! I’ve finally finished the first proper draft of Clanless!Holy shit, that took way too long for my liking.

Okay, now, I just have to run it by my writing group, draft it a couple more times, then send it to an editor. Hopefully that shouldn’t take nearly as long as writing it seemed to have taken, but I’ve been wrong before. In the meantime, I’ve contacted an editor to request an appraisal of Spiritbinders, but I haven’t heard back from them yet at time of writing. Hopefully, it shouldn’t be long until I’ve got that posted up here for everyone to have a look at.

The next story I plan to work on after this is number 2 in the reading order for Tales from Karatera, tentatively named A Matter of Faith. This one will seek to explore the Providence of the First Eye in a little more detail, namely how it operates outside of the Coastlands. After that, story number 5 is going to explore the slave trade of the Red Sands, while story number 6 is going to delve into the Black River region and how that whole place works. Stories 7 and 8 are still up in the air, but I have some basic ideas that might be worth exploring.

That’s basically it for the moment. Spiritbinders is unlikely to be up next week, but perhaps the week after, depending on how this editor goes. I’ll let you guys know how it’s gone in the next post. See you then!
